Electro Bolt
Electro Bolt is an active Plasmid that instantly releases a bolt of electricity that immediately strikes a target enemy or object. When selected, it manifests itself as glowing blue streaks running up along the user's arm and hand. The bolt deals a small amount of damage and the target enemy is temporarily stunned on impact. If a stunned enemy is not attacked, or attacked but not killed, the enemy will recover and resume action. It is effective against all enemies, unless resistant or immune to electrical attacks, in which case, the stun duration is negated completely. Using Electro Bolt on bodies of water will cause them to be electrified for a short time. All targets in contact with the water (including the player) will take significant electrical damage. Electro Bolt can also explode combustible objects and open short-circuited door switches.
Special Abilities: Enhanced strength and agility, much like what most other splicers would have. Given his type, he can teleport to a maximum of 15 ft. He has subtle telepathy with other Splicers, but nothing more powerful than a "don't attack me" or "help me" signal.Appearance:
Personality: Being unusually calm under normal circumstances, this is a unique trait in a Splicer. He is cold, calculating, and excels in manipulation of others to get what he wants. Such is what people learn in the criminal "justice" system. However, this doesn't mean he isn't a threat. Through a unique mutation from ADAM corruption, he has developed something of a second personality. In his mind, the voice of his inner Splicer drives him to violent tendencies. His second persona is ravenous, greedy, and revels in destruction and torture. With the two personalities coordinating, he has become one mastermind of ambition. He his neutral in the long run, not even answering to other splicers nor Sofia Lamb. It is his goal to help Rapture hasten its path to self-destruction as an act of revenge, and he will not hesitate to be cruel to any that stand in his way.History: Alexander Zolastone was once a lawyer, living on the surface of a cruel world wrought with chaos and disorder. Day after day, he always tried to find justification for those criminals who knew what thy did was wrong, and he tried to solemnly defend those blamed for wrong-doings, though they were perfectly innocent. He needed to escape. No longer should he have to deal with the corruption of humanity.
But it wasn't long before he was presented with a way out. An invitation to... Rapture. A utopia for all who grow tired of the world's evil. Rapture, supposedly the only place Alex can find solace.
It really was beautiful. A paradise hidden under the sea, separated from the world by a shimmering boarder of blue. It was perfect. Everything was perfect! Any who committed a crime knew what they did, and didn't require a trial. Andrew Ryan was a genius! But something went wrong... ADAM.
Whatever this ADAM is, it was clearly dangerous. His friends and other citizens were corrupted, and went insane! The sweetest people he knew became ravenous monsters trying to get more and more ADAM. Rapture began to fall apart... Alex needed protection. Against his better judgement, Alexander took in his possession an Electro Bolt! Plasmid. As the ADAM began to flow, he heard a voice...
Kill... you must kill to stay alive... Get more, more ADAM! Get ADAM and kill more! This world was supposed to be paradise, bit its worse!
He had been corrupted. But note driven mad... No, he was better than that. He was smarter than other Splicers, but was still considered to just as corrupt as any of them. No! I am not one of them... yes I am... but it isn't you who is corrupt... Rapture must be cleansed, sent to the bottom of the sea! And so was given his mission.
