Appearance:
Wears a gothic dress that's a little revealing for a girl her age. It's also a little big on her and drags on the ground a bit. She also always has a moogle doll with her. She has blue slightly glowing eyes.
Personality:
Lulu is as dark as little sisters can be. She always has an evil little grin on her face. Lulu however will revert to her normal little girl phases. Like when she talks to her pet moogle. She also enjoys the occasional prank which to most would seem demented or cruel. Lulu is very shy though, to living beings, which works nicely with her over protective guardian. Because she is older, though, she'll even play pranks on him.
History:
Lulu was one of the girls who was taken from the world above and put into the little sister program. Lulu always had a dark look to her, even darker. When she "woke up" for the first time, she saw Rapture a little differently then most. She sees Rapture in a aristocratic goth look. Everything is still clean and pretty but covered in dark tones, usually being black.
For years she did her job as a little sister. Going to the call of big daddies, and finding "angels". She was lucky and never found her way into splicer grip for too long, always having a faithful savior close by. Though from her few close calls she become very shy and scared of regular humans. Never really having a chance to grow up she retained her little girl innocence, as she played little tricks on the world around her. She viewed them as harmless pranks, though in reality they were gruesome scenes, usually of her big daddy killing innocent bystanders.
It wasn't till one fateful evening that her world changed. She her the loud echoing bang of a big Daddy, and crawled out to meet him. As the knight in shining black armor and gold trim put her on the ground, something suddenly rushed up behind him. To her it was a massive fluffy grey bear, who began to attack Mr. B. She did not like seeing th two fight, and she began to cry. Finally the black knight fell asleep, and the grey bear walked over to her. She was scared of course, but the bear nuzzled up to her, and she immediately fell in love with it. As it picked her up to let her rest on her shoulder, she whispered a giggle in his ear.
"Mr. bubbles was being naughty wasn't he?"
And thus spawned the bond between Lulu and Bishop otherwise known as Mr. fluffy.
