Electro Bolt
Electro Bolt is an active Plasmid that instantly releases a bolt of electricity that immediately strikes a target enemy or object. When selected, it manifests itself as glowing blue streaks running up along the user's arm and hand. The bolt deals a small amount of damage and the target enemy is temporarily stunned on impact. If a stunned enemy is not attacked, or attacked but not killed, the enemy will recover and resume action. It is effective against all enemies, unless resistant or immune to electrical attacks, in which case, the stun duration is negated completely. Using Electro Bolt on bodies of water will cause them to be electrified for a short time. All targets in contact with the water (including the player) will take significant electrical damage. Electro Bolt can also explode combustible objects and open short-circuited door switches.
Electro bolt is usually a blue color but Subject Gamma makes all of his plasmids green so his hand glows an bright green.
Special Abilities:
Gamma Flash: Subject Gamma emits a bright green flash then temporarily blinds enemies giving Subject Gamma time to attack his foe. (Can use once in a thread)
Radioactive Shield: Subject Gamma surrounds his body in a thick radioactive shield that lessen damage done by gunfire or plasmids. (does not make him invincible, just halves damage.)
Irradiated Punch: Subject gamma surrounds his fist with a thin layer of gamma radiation and swings at the target sending them back a few feet. Exposed enemies (not including big daddies or Big sisters) will have slight radiation poisoning making them extremely ill and blurr's vision.
Chokeslam: Subject gamma uses his strength to pick up an enemy by the throat and slams them into the ground, picks them back up and throws them a few feet away.
Big boot: Subject gamma simply lifts his leg up and kicks the enemy square in the chest sending them backwards.
Vicegrip: Subject gamma grabs the enemies head and crushes it (not including big daddies or big sisters)
Spear: Subject Gamma charges at an enemy at an incredible speed and dive tackles them into either walls or the ground.
Charging Tackle: Subject gamma runs at an enemy and forces them on his shoulder as hes running, he then charges them into walls or the ground if its going for too long.
Appearance:
Subject gamma is an experimental prototype that runs off of Gamma tanks which boost his physical abilities. His outfit is dark gray mixed with black armor plating. He has 2 gamma tanks on his back and pipe lines that feed gamma into his body. He has multiple exposures showing the gamma levels in his body enforced with bulletproof glass to ensure protection from penetration.
Hes about 7 feet tall and with the suit on weighs approximately 450 pounds. no one knows his physical appearance bc his body was turned to Gamma liquid, his muscles and skeletal structure reside in the suit feeding off the gamma tanks. He glows a bright green from all his gamma level exposures.Quick 20 Minute Drawing
Personality:
His personality is an enigma but to sum it up in short words he is protective, he is intelligent and he is strong. Hes not a bad guy, He only gets mean if his little sister is being harassed by anyone or if he's attacked, but no one is stupid enough to attack this monster.
He is probably the most reliable guardian when it comes to protecting his little sister. He can easily kill many enemies with his bare hands and with his radiation abilities. When his little sister goes into her hole to sleep he enjoys strolling around rapture, scaring splicers knowing damn well they cant do anything to him.
Other than that hes just a normal big daddy with a glowing personality. ((see what i did there?))
))History:
Subject Gamma was an experimental prototype, his primary purpose was to be a worker who would never stop working. He runs off of pure Gamma which to a normal person would kill them, however he was designed to turn the deadly energy into a conservative power source. After he was made he was placed in a cryogenic chamber for experimental prototypes.
After 10 years of being in cryo storage he was awakened by A Little Sister named Sally. He was then contacted through the mic in his helmet from Sophia Lamb given strict orders to protect this child that released him. He all of a sudden loved this child like it was his own daughter. He lifter her up and looked into her glowing yellow eyes and brushed her hair behind her ear and placed her on the ground at his feet and began to follow her around like he was under some sort of spell, he was compelled to protect this child and would die to protect her.
History of Gamma energy in Rapture:
Gamma energy is A radioactive bio chemical found in space but it was unstable, in the late 1940's america found a way to contain this energy using power cylinders to keep it in a functional state. After they were able to contain it scientists immediately got to work on it. After 2 years of research they found out that Gamma energy is a non stop renewable resource and it has the potential to power machines and almost everything.
Since it is unstable they weren't sure how to test it on humans but it was around in 1950 that Rapture when Big Daddies were being developed. Andrew Ryan was probably the wealthiest man in the world and heard of The Gamma energy breakthrough. So of course Ryan was going to invest in an non stop resource. After he researched Gamma energy he got the idea that Maybe it can work with a big daddy prototype.
He bought what seemed like unlimited amounts of the radioactive chemical. He then sent hundreds of thousands of containers over the the Big Daddy lab and demanded them to make a big daddy who can withstand the power of gamma and wants him to survive with it. Andrew Ryan saw the perfect worker coming out of this experiment and was highly excited. It was a success after about 10 weeks of work the scientists found a way to make the Big Daddy feed off gamma energy.
They had to remove the skin from the Big Daddy because Gamma has a way of reacting and mutating skin tissue so they left the muscle, organs and skeletal structure in the suit and the gamma fuels the body with nothing but constant renewable energy. The had many underwater tests with gamma and so far if it ever were to escape it would stay underwater like a bubble emitting radioactive chemicals into the water so they we careful no to let it escape.
Max Olson:
Max Was a hard working man, he had a family of 4 up in New York and returned home every week with hard earned pay to support his family. He worked for a company owned By Andrew Ryan and never once missed a day of work or was ever late. he was about 20 at the time. Andrew Ryan then called him along with many of his hard working associates to a place called Rapture. Max had never heard of this place before, they were on a boat in the middle of the ocean, only a lighthouse could be seen in the distance and the boat stops.
Max and his associates start asking questions like where they were where is Ryan. Ryans men were all given heavy diving gear and told them Andrew Ryan was underwater. The associated thought this was some kind of joke but the went along with it and decided to put the suits on. Max and the others were then told to submerge so they all jumped in the water and began to sink, Max looks down and his eyes widened as he saw the underwater city Rapture. Max and his associates landed on a docking platform on the ocean surface and they walked into a room and drained all the water.
When the doors opened Andrew Ryan was standing there with his arms behind his back. 2 scientists were standing behind him. He greeted them and welcomed them to his city. Max then wants to know what they were doing there. Ryan was looking for volunteers to be put into research. Max and the other looked confused. Andrew Ryan then said they would be using they're bodies for research for Big Daddy testing. Ryan then told the men to take their time and think. They all huddled up and decided that this research could land them alot of money. They all reluctantly agreed to volunteer and Ryan then had the look of excitement on his face. Ryan was very pleased with their decisions, more scientists then walked in and everyone went through a different door with 2 scientists, each door had labels above them Maxes Door had Gamma so max was already confused.
He walks through the door and turns to talk to the scientist before he could say anything he felt a needle jab into his neck and he started to black out and he heard them say "Put him on the table, get the scalpel..." After this is in the "History" section.
